A: No we do not use parabins or any other synthetic preservatives in any UncoverMe Nauturals product.

A: Yes, our soaps are 85% certified organic.

Q: Do your products contain artificial colors?
A: We use only natural colors in our personal care products. For example chlorophyll, titanium dioxide, mica, iron oxides and carmine. These natural colors have a long history of safe usage unlike many artificial colors that have been banned by the FDA over the years.

Q: What is titanium dioxide?
A: Titanium dioxide is a naturally mined mineral that is used across many industries. It is considered to be safe for ingestion into the human body. Industries that use titanium dioxide include the food, medical, dental, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, among others. Titanium dioxide is considered to be a very effective sun block. When applied to the skin, it reflects the sun’s rays from the skin, shielding the skin from sun damage.

Q: Do you use perfume in your soaps?
A: We only use pure essential oils and herbs in all of our soaps. No artificial scents are used in any UncoverMe Natural products.

Q: Is ordering on your website secure?
A: Shopping on our site is safe and secure. We use SSL encryption to keep your information safe and we never distribute your personal information to third-party vendors.

Q. How will I know when my order has been shipped?
A. You can expect an email within 24 hours of placing your order which will contain shipment confirmation that details your order and shipment date.

Q: Do you offer coupons or specials?
A: Yes, we run monthly promotion code offers found on our home page. These offers are redeemable for orders placed on UncoverMeNaturals.com and cannot be used on other websites.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We are confident you will be satisfied with every UncoverMe Naturals and Mineral Fusion product. However, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email us within 30 days of your purchase. Any unopened merchandise will receive a full refund (less shipping charges) or replacement . In the case of opened merchandise, we will apply a credit to your UncoverMe account (less shipping charges) to be used towards a future purchase. UncoverMe Naturals reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post. We’re sorry, return shipping fees are not reimbursable.
